When will challenge appear in a quest world?

I found this application several days ago, and it is amazing! Really appreciated every contributor to make this great app!
But I have a question. I am playing the Portal quest world, and although I've earned 30 wins, the challenge tab still doesn't show any challenge. I wonder what's the condition for the challenge to appear? Is that I need to achieve expert level (so need 60 wins) or achieve particular rank? BTW I am playing the android version.
