Herald of Faith did not untap after attack phase

I played Herald of Faith to attack and it never untapped after that round. Playing against an AI opponent who focuses on their cards never tapping, I assumed it had some special sorcery and I misunderstood the rules (which I often do). I noted the issue persisting for three rounds even after I cast enchantments and counters on it.
Unfortunately, the forge app magically restarted and now I can't show images or give better details.
Running Forge v1.6.19.004 (Alpha) for android.
