Can you default game speed for two AIs to be 10x?

Hello! I play 8 player drafts on my own against the AI a lot, and it takes quite some time for all the games I'm not playing in to conclude.

There's an option to increase game speed to 10x, but it resets to 1x at the start of every game.

Is there somewhere I can change the default?
