Savage Stomp Is Not Cheaper for Dinosaurs

Savage Stomp is supposed to be 2 colorless mana cheaper if you choose a dinosaur to fight; however, I've used it on two occasions on dinosaurs I control and it still costs 3 mana. Just wanted to let you know. I'm on Forge Mac 1.6.19 if that helps.
