Forge user manual

Hi,
Because I'm new to Forge, I would like to read a user manual (especially for learning the user interface and its features. There are a lot of features in Forge).
There is no real manual to learn this included in the Forge archive.
Where can I download Forge's user manual or is there a website for beginners?
