Bug report: Loyal Cathar / Unhallowed Cathar

Hello,
I have notice an important bug regarding Loyal Cathar/Unhallowed Cathar. It happens when this card is transformed into Unhallowed Cathar and dies. Well, the problem is that it returns to the battlefield on this form every time that it goes to the graveyard. I hope this could be fixed for a better game experience in this community.
