Multi Player does not allow player 2 to play lands?

I have been using Forge on Mac OS for some time. (Thank you guys!) But, for a few builds now it seems I have not been able to play lands in a match with 2 or more Human players. I have looked through the forums and googled my eyes out but have not seen this posted anywhere else. I am hoping it's just something simple I've over looked but would appreciate any help that someone may give.

To restate and clarify. In a game with 2 more human players, I am unable to play Lands for the additional players.
