Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Why do I only have 23 of the cards for War of the Spark and a Garruk the Slayer.. First of all, playing with access to less than a tenth of a set is super hard.. second of all, I believe Garruk the Slayer was just a promotional card that was never actually legal and was only available as an oversized card.. I just wanna know when I can get the rest of War of the spark because I wanted to test a few decks but I can't without Banehound and a few other amazing cards in that set

The set isn't even released yet. It's PRE-release weekend. Just like every other time a set comes out, there's a big post with the new cards in it and which cards we're still missing.
