Scythe of the Wretched's ability doesn't trigger.

After several failures I was disappointed enough by this fun-sounding equipment that I started poking around and comparing card files. Editing the initial ChangesZone trigger from "Origin$ Any" to "Origin$ Battlefield" appears to fix the card, at least from a quick dev mode test.

Virulent Wound's second ability doesn't trigger. The creature gets the -1/-1 counter but nothing happens when it dies (either from 0 toughness or damage later that turn) and the ingame log only notes that it "becomes until end of turn".

Thanks so much for the War of the Spark update!

I am having the same issue that a couple of other people reported. The Wanderer prevents all combat damage to everyone. It is supposed to only prevent NON-combat damage to its owner and his or her permanents.

Chancellor of the Annex appears to put spells cast into your graveyard instead of the opponents. This came up when I cast Mnemonic Wall and had it target the new instant/sorcery that suddenly appeared in my graveyard, only to see it go back to my opponent's hand. This second scenario shouldn't have come up in the first place if Chancellor of the Annex put the spells back where they were supposed to go.

I have noticed the same issue with The Wanderer that others have mentioned. Specifically what seemed to happen with me is it prevents non-combat damage to both my own permanents and my opponents' as well. But it also seems to be preventing all damage (including combat damage) to my opponent's planeswalkers, but not their creatures. When attacking my opponent's Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, he took no damage, but on another turn the opponent blocked and the creature died normally. The AI opponent seems to be reading The Wanderer's ability as "prevent all damage" because when they had a board full of creatures and I had no blockers, they refused to attack, seeming to believe that there would be no damage if they did. My guess is The Wanderer currently prevents all non-combat damage to everything, but seems to be preventing combat damage to planeswalkers as well. I am unsure if this ability affects The Wanderer herself or not (it shouldn't) because my opponent never attacked it.

Abnormal Endurance does not work on commanders. Specifically the return it to the battlefield. Now I just have a commander in the graveyard.

Ugin's Conjurant is buggy. All the damage done to it are prevented but no counter are removed.

Karn, the Great Creator's first ability doesn't last till next turn. Only lasts till end of current turn.

Master of Waves has protection from creatures but it should be protection from red.

Sheltering Ancient cumulative upkeep triggers but then it resolves without adding any counters on opponent's creatures.

I think God-Eternal Bontu should be flagged as a card the AI cannot play well. The computer will summon it and use its effect to sacrifice all of its other creatures and all of its lands. Then it will have too many cards in its hand at the end of the turn and will have to discard a lot of them. I even saw the computer mill itself to death once. Having only this one creature, even though it is a tough one, usually leads to the computer losing in a few turns.
