(Quest icons used created by Teekatas, from his Legendora set http://raindropmemory.deviantart.com)

2961 cards in total.

Fixes/Features:

- Chris converted a lot of Auras to use keywords instead of code (I just noticed the compiled code is actually smaller than last version).
- Fixed Greener Pastures.
- Fixed Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker tokens showing up without their card images.
- Spawnwrithe tokens should have images now also.
- In Quest mode, the maximum selling price for any card will be 500 for the first 50 wins.
- Selling % starts at 20% now instead of 25%.
- Upped the credits reward after a win (0.2*wins -> 0.3*wins).
- Changed the value of snow-covered lands to 10.
- Inspiration is an instant now.
- Fixed Arcbound Slith.
- Prevented deletion of Drafts - this will hopefully prevent losing drafts (at the cost of not being able to delete draft files from within Forge).
- Made the code differentiate between rarity sets for Draft and Constructed.
- Used Juzamjedi's cube for the Draft rarity set.
- Fixed life gain happening whenever a creature with negative attack power would attack a player.
- Dragon Broodmother tokens have flying now.
- Added Unearth:{manacost} keyword.
- Fixed an issue with the card shop giving an error message if there was no list generated yet.
- Improved AI for Flamebreak.
- AI should not try to cast destruction spells that use the spDestroyTgt keyword targeting indestructible permanents anymore.
- Fixed Uril, the Miststalker.
- Fixed Peacekeeper upkeep cost not showing up.
- Fixed an incompatibility issue with the card shop and old quest files.
- Jim added abAddReflectedMana keyword.
- Chris added some AI improvements for auras.
- Chris fixed a bunch of the lifegain spells.
- Fixed a minor text bug in Wasteland / Stripmine.

New cards:

- Chris added many auras with the enPump and enPumpCurse keywords.
- Bunch of Unearth cards.
- slapshot5 added: Diamond Valley, People of the Woods, Gaea's Avenger, Jandor's Saddlebags, City of Brass, Karma, Flashfires, Crumble, The Rack, Channel the Suns,
Copper Tablet, Ironclaw Orcs, Wall of Tears.
- Jim added: Exotic Orchard, Reflecting Pool.
- Chris also added Fallowsage.
- Borderland Ranger.
- Goblin Assault.

Kudos to development team for updatimg the forge so quickly! Not only adding new cards and working some bugs but also for improving the code, thus making the program less demanding (less lag, less use of ram)! Please keep it up!

P.S.: Please add more decks for the A.I. or give us the way to do it ourselves :D

We have had a way to add AI decks to quest mode for some time although it is not very obvious. Apthaven has started a new AI deck topic here

Decks for the AI

and this would be a good place to have a discussion. 8)

Great work! I barely had played the last version yet, and a new one just got released.

I'll definitely see what can be done with the improved AI functionality, and try tinkering new decks for it especially those with equipment and auras.

all rarities for Forge 04-11-2010

This archive contains updated rarity files for Forge 04-1-2010. I added the missing rarity values for the new cards that were included in version 04-11-2010. This set is not compatible with earlier versions of Forge.

This archive now contains only one set of rarity files. These files have had a rarity value assigned to all of the cards except for the basic lands, basic snow lands, and Rares three fantasy cards.

As of version 10-02-2009 these rarity files now go inside of the res folder and are now of no use to you if you place them in the root folder. You can place a copy inside of the res folder and a second copy inside of the quest folder.

As of version 04-11-2010 another set of rarity file appears in the /res/draft/ folder. You can if you choose to move a copy of the all rarities into this folder but this will include every card your potential draft pool. Draft mode will likely be more fun if you place rarity files that include a limited set of cards into this folder.

Bug: Downloading LQ pictures fails

Several have mi.wizards.com URLs.

Adarkar Sentinel and AEtherflame Wall for sure. Probably all need to be fixed.

Ugh, I completely forgot about the card-pictures.txt fix.
Here's one that should work (just replaced all instances of "mi.wizards" with "www.wizards").

I fixed the cards.txt entries for these 4 cards:

Sacred Nectar
Imperiosaur
Hagra Crocodile
Junun Efreet

Nice update, although there seem to be several cards missing images, even after I used Dennis's new cards file. (Sorry Chris, your file still has the -mi.- error in it.)
It seems like several of the cards that were added in the previous beta still have no proper link.
I manually grabbed them instead.
In the editor, sort by "newer cards first" and start from the top. Scroll down until you get to:
Perimeter Captain and that card plus all others until Talon Sliver have no card image. (including the sliver)
9 cards in all.
The strange thing is, I did not get a message saying the image could not be downloaded, it is like there is no link at all!

We updated the SVN and unfortunately we also unexpectedly overwrote the new data with the old data. But, yes, the url with the mi. has become unresponsive and unreliable. :)

Super Kudos, Dennis and everyone else. The Rack does take me back 5 or so years. (When I first found Shandalar.)

Ajani Vengeant has an issue allowing him to use two abilities per turn if you select his -2 ability first, it asks you to pay a cost, then you can use his +1 afterwards.
