Just had this bug when AI played Madcap Skills on one of his creatures.
Win 10 64-bit Home/Java 1.8.0_211.
Going to downgrade to 201 as others have suggested to see if that makes a difference for me.

The hang is produced when repeatedly playing a sound effect, like when tapping or drawing a card due
to a bug in JRE 1.8.0_211

I submitted a fix so it will be probably fixed in next release.

Meanwhile, workarounds are:

- disable sound effects in Forge settings
- or uninstall JRE 1.8.0_211 and install an older version instead

Thanks, I will try that.
Do you have an idea why mana icon don't show correctly in recent Java version also?

I guess you mean the icon you see when choosing mana color tapping a multicolored land. If so, then it's a bug in Forge itself, it's already fixed in current codebase, so it will be fixed in next release.
