I can't play Forge and I paste in the BUG description 2

I wrote about I can't play Forge and I attached a "BUG" description in txt.
I thought it was better to update java and try to open forge again, but again gave error.
I attach the new "BUG" description in txt.
I am running:
Forge Version: 1.6.13-r-1u
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.14.5 x86_64
Java Version: 1.8.0_221 Oracle Corporation
I hope and appreciate that someone can help me.
