Bug - Missing Valakut Triggers

I'm using build forge-1.6.28-SNAPSHOT-r31-6344c8fc3c

I had seven lands in play: Valakut, 2 Forest, Mountain, Plains, Stomping Ground, Cinder Glade. I cast Scapeshift, sacrificing everything but the Valakut, putting these lands into play: 3 Mountain, 2 Cinder Glade, Stomping Ground. I was expecting to get 6 Valakut triggers, which would have killed the opponent. I actually got 3. I've attached a screenshot of the game log.

This is running on MacOS X 10.14.4, Java 11.

I have this exact problem, I think cinder glade isn't counting as a mountain, causing the lack of Valakut triggers.

If I shift using all shocks it work's perfectly, so its definitely the glades that are broken
