Hi guys, I just want to know if it's possible to play online on Android?
If yes, what are the best servers address?

Hi, there are no servers to connect players, it's direct player to player connections only.

Your best bet is using your local wifi connection where you can assign a fixed IP address to your mobile device, then set up port forwarding on port 36743 for the hosting player (only).

Make sure both players have the same Android version of Forge and newer versions of Android work best together, like 8.x/9.x (Oreo/Pie).

If you and the other player are together in one place, you can also just set up a personal hotspot/"WiFi-Direct" connection. Advantage of this: no port forwarding needed.

Playing over mobile data will likely fail, because mobile carriers usually do not offer port forwarding of user changeable ports to fixed IP adresses.
