Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I think a feature in Forge allowing you to create new cards would be really cool. I know you can already add cards by adding new files to cardsfolder but this isn't user friendly at all so most people don't do it. Judging by the custom card thread, I think this feature would be very popular.

I've been meaning to help develop Forge for a while now and this seems like a good opportunity. My questions are would you like to see this feature and if you are a developer, how hard do you think this will be to implement? I'm thinking at first it will not allow any exotic triggers/effects, just keywords and common triggers and effects.
