Question about the new expansion Theros beyond death. Is it not finished? I have been trying some sealed deck games and there seems to be a lot of cards missing. I also can't do a booster draft with this expansion.

THB and ELD limited are currently bugged.

Any non-land card in these sets with multiple versions (which is the vast majority of rares and mythics) won't show up in limited boosters.

In an online multiplayer game with 3 players, casting Council's Judgment locks the game.

What happens is as follow:

1. Player 1 casts Council's Judgment
2. Spell goes onto stack
3. Priority is passed to Player 2
4. Priority is passed to Player 3
5. Priority is passed to Player 1
6. Player 1 votes for a permanent

Game locks up as no one gets priority and can't choose any permanent.

@donluca - try updating your Forge... Hanmac just introduced a big improvement to voting last week. I just tested Council's Judgment and it seems to be working.
