Planar conquest incorrect statistic??

Hi guys. I am hoping someone can help me understand something I cant wrap my head around. I have played a about 400 games on Zendikar to tried and unlock all the cards/commanders. I have bought all the cards I could get from the Aether and im still missing 5 cards and 1 commander. This is really frustrating from a person who is a completionist at heart.

So since I couldn't find any way to get cards I started on Theroes next, beat all the events, bought all the mythic rare and rare cards in the creature and non creature permanent categories. In Theroes I am missing still missing 5 commanders.

What am I missing here? I have also discovered that commanders can essentially be the same card but from a different print which is different but that is a side note.
