Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Is there a way to make Planar Conquest harder / challenging? After a few battles your deck becomes too good for any plane opponent. Maybe changing the shards ratio to make the pulls costly?

The only fun part is the Chaos battles, but the only happen on a small chance. If only we could trigger them anytime would be cool
