HQ Compressed images

There used to be a great set of HQ compressed images, unfortunately it doesn't look like the author is still adding to it. Link:

I have the ability to compress the XLHQ images in a similar manner with similar reduction in file size while retaining quality. is there a complete image set that is up to date that I can work with? Does anyone have one in their personal collection if not? I would be open to a collaboration.
