War Tax not working. Paid 4 mana during AI turn and it still attacks with 2 creatures.

For some reason, these 2 decks will not appear in forge for me. I placed them in a subfolder of the /decks/constructed/ folder, along with over a hundred other decks (all from Jumpstart), all of which appear normally in forge. No relevant messages are appearing in the log and I can't figure out what's happening. Any ideas?

I'm not exactly sure how this happened, but Helm of Obedience activated with X=5 against the Hercules Quest deck milled about 50 cards for seemingly no reason. I was also able to cast a Platinum Angel for 2 mana with no cost modifiers the following turn. No cards were played that game that could have altered those events.

latest snapshot? what does that mean? If you mean the last forge release from 7/14, yes I'm using that.
