No, the latest snapshots includes latest scripts, it has Commander Legends and it is built everytime there are changes pushed. Latest Forge snapshot build is Nov 17, 2020 for both Android and Desktop version at the time of my reply here. A couple of Kamigawa block bugs to report:
1) Wicked Akuba is currently broken when being used by an AI player. The AI will play the creature, then once the summoning sickness wears off, use its "B: Target player dealt damage by Wicked Akuba this turn loses 1 life" ability without ever even attacking with it, much less having dealt damage with it. What's worse, the AI will continue activating this ability until it runs out of untapped sources of black mana, as well.
2) The Epic spells Eternal Dominion and Neverending Torment currently only work on the turn you cast it. On the next turn and thereafter, the copy of the spell goes off, but it fails to add to the stack (Forge says "cannot add to stack, failed to target"). The other three Epics Endless Swarm (which doesn't target), Enduring Ideal (which also goes through the library, but for the player rather than the opponent) and Undying Flames (which does target, but only after milling from your own library) all work as intended, which suggests that there's something wrong with auto-adding copies of spells that can go through the opponent's library (worded this way because Neverending Torment doesn't work on subsequent turns even when you target yourself and not an opponent).
And yes, I'm using the latest snapshot.
ETA: The problem with the Epic spells seems to be limited to the current snapshot, which has additional problems with other cards as well (the Genju enchantments don't bounce back to the hand when the land they're enchanting dies, for example). The Wicked Akuba bug, however, is present even in the stable release from July, and was in 1.6.35 as well.

The +1 ability of Kiora, the Crashing Wave does not prevent opponent-controlled, targeted creature from damaging planeswalkers.

I wasn't able to replicate this, but when I played New Benalia the game froze on "Waiting for opponent" when trying to resolve the ETB.

Can we have an option to ban certain cards from random AI decks? Because it's incredibly annoying to have to play against decks with cards like The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, Storm Cauldron, Hokori, Dust Drinker etc. Even at the best of times I hate playing against stax cards, and my playgroup actually soft bans them, but its infinitely worse when the deck isn't designed to work with them, because then both players just grind to a halt and nothing happens. At this point if the Tabernacle gets played I just concede and start a new game because I don't want to deal with it.

Hi guys, I'm quite aware of the amazing work the devs have been doing in the snapshot builds, however I'm just wondering if an official version update over v1.6.36 would happen in the near future. Thanks!

Blessed Reincarnation cast targeting a creature an opponent controls, but you own, incorrectly gives you the creature.

Thief of Blood does not work. It takes counters off other cards, but does not add to itself. It took 2 counters off Souldrinker but did not add them to itself.

Private Research from Urza's Destiny doesn't work at the moment. The creature it's enchanting just died while the aura had 5 page counters on it... and returned zero cards. It looks like the card's ability simply doesn't trigger as currently scripted, as there was no notification in the log.
