Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Is it possible? Maybe, a list of settings for AI to be perform the most effective way? I'm still not sure what those AI personalities (Cautious, Reckless etc.) mean, I tried every of them and couldn't notice their influence. I've also put the tick in the "allow AI to cheat" (or how it's called) check-box, but computer still makes weir play, e. g. not playing a creature from their hand to chump block and prevent lethal.
