Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I opened some physical packs from my local shop and wanted to use them as the base for a card catalog to create test decks from. Could someone suggest the best way to go about this?

You could put all these cards into your sideboard (which could exceed 15 cards in Forge.) You could make a ton of copies of this incomplete deck with the big sideboard. You could then build a different test deck with each copy using primarily the cards in the sideboard.
