Card Bug/AI - Binding the Old Gods

Hi,
i play Android v1.6.39.001 and the AI keep destroying my creature with "Binding the Old Gods" which have indestructible from Darksteel Plate or have indestructible like Darksteel Myr. The AI-Deck have no counter function in his deck.
