Is there a way to sync favorites with my IRL inventory?

I would like to sync my real card list with the favorites to help me build and test decks. Also so if I build a deck, I can mostly choose cards in my inventory. Is there a mechanism or a list I can update to do this?

Is it stored in a file someplace?
