Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hi so i put Skemfar Shadowsage in my treefolk/elf EDH deck but every time I play it everything stops for the AI to react but nothing happens i even tried waiting it out but 30 minutes for 1 card is ridiculous (but still nothing happened)
