Collectible Card Game Headquarters

In multiplayer games, the highlighted "phase" is only showing on the screen of whoever is hosting the game.

Is this a known current limitation? Yes you can play without it, but I'm trying to teach my wife how to play, and it makes it much more difficult for her to understand the "flow" of the game.

Both computers are running 1.6.42. Tried different themes etc but just not ever highlighting on client pc's , just the host.
