Chance not to refresh Net Decks list

first of all, thank you for maintaining this game, it's awesome!
Secondly... my request. I have downloaded a certain number of "net decks" I use in Constructed mode.
But the program always look for updated decks of the category I selected, even when I'm offline. And in this way I cannot play with the decks which I have downloaded previously, during another session.
I know I could move the files from "Net" to "constructed" folder, but I'd prefer not to do that, to avoid mess inside the deck lists.
So... is there the chance to decide whether to look or not for new decks on the internet, in case the user chooses to play with/against a "net deck"? In case there isn't, can it be added?
A flag inside the preferences would be more than enough, or inside the Deck selection panel.
