The card text on Polar Kraken says "Cumulative upkeep: sacrifice a land" but the game treats it as a regular upkeep. You only have to sacrifice one land per turn, as opposed to one land per age counter per turn.

Hi, I used Donate to give Demonic Pact to AI. Unfortunatelly, the Pact doesn't trigger in AI's upkeep. Could you fix that?

By the way, is the AI cheating in Draft? Because I looked at the lands in the AI's deck and there's always the exact colors required. By that I mean, if the AI use black and white, there will be only Plains and Swamp in the deck. On the other hand, if I use the same color, there's always 4 or 6 "useless" lands in my deck, like some Mountain or Island, or Forest. It's impossible to have only Plains and Swamp.

Are the AI's deck preconstructed? Or is there a way for me to add only the land I need in the deck editor?

Basic lands are free in draft. You can get as many as you want of whichever type. Click on "Add Basic Lands" by the yellow circle with the white mountain picture in the "Current Deck" box.

The AI's decks are not preconstructed. I notice the cards I do not choose in Booster Draft being played against me by my opponents.

It is odd that the AIs do not have any useless lands in their sidedecks. I would think that the AI would get stuck with a few when they are the last card available to pick. I suspect the program allows the AI to delete them from the side deck, an option that the player does not have. I suppose that could be considered a cheat, but it has no effect on how many games the AI wins or loses.

The size of your sidedeck is unlimited in draft. So feel free to add a whole bunch of lands, just in case .

I see. I never play draft so I didn't know about that. Making a deck will be easier now that I don't have to worry about lands. Sadly, I don't think that will be enough to make me good at drafting. Thanks.
