How do i use my custom decks with the new version?

I did i clean install of Forge yesterday, i put all the decks form the forge decks folder into AppData\Roaming\Forge\decks but my own personal decks and the decks from the download aren't showing up, this is odd as i didn't have this problem on the last version of forge i was on.

I suggest that you build a test deck and save it and then examine what directory it lands in. This might give you a clue to what is going on and if your decks are in the right place for the settings used by the new install.
