Is there a way to establish server side for multiplayer?

My home router cannot be penetrated and broadcast my port to the web. I do have a ubuntu aws server with full port control, though the server is one cored and cannot run GUI desktops. Are there any methods that I can create a multiplayer room with CLI? Maybe other methods?
