Latest Forge 1.6.49.SNAPSHOTS have NEO and NEC (and some Streets of New Capenna cards). Either use Snapshots or wait for new Release.

I'm using the Snapshots. Just wondering if there is a release date for a new full version

No release date. So far the latest snapshots are stable enough for playing. Sample AI vs AI (Generated Standard Deck..)
