Henzie "Toolbox" Torre import problem

how am i suppose to create deck with Henzie "Toolbox" Torre as a commander?
When i try to import list the Henzie "Toolbox" Torrie si nowhere to be found. Even if i try to add him as an additional card, there is no Green (Card successfully recognized and ready to be imported), nor Yellow (Unknow or Limited Card or general warning message) or Red (Invalid or Unsupported Card that cannot be imported) feedback.
Other New Capenna commanders are ok, maybe some problem with quotation marks? I tried double, single or none, but nothing seems to be working.
