Android snapshot help

I'd really love to update my forge for Android. In the past however, I've tried to install the snapshot builds and the issue is always the double click. Instead of a single click to pass phases/priority it requires a double click, which always ends up making me pass priority when I didn't mean to. And then if I try to reinstall the normal android build, I lose all my decks and data.
I'm not an idiot but I'm definitely also no techie, so most of what I read on here is Chinese. Is there any way to change that setting so that the snapshot build functions like standard android build? I'm finding it difficult to keep playing with the catalogue being so far out of date. Any help or suggestions would be truly and greatly appreciated
