Collectible Card Game Headquarters

After building a special deck for it, and trying many times, I finally won a duel using the effect of Deck of Many Things. At the end of the duel, the message said that the game ended because of the effect of Deck of Many Things (rather than life points or an empty library or some other reason.)

But when I looked at the Alternate Win Conditions Achievements screen, it does not show any wins for that achievement.
