Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'm on the latest Android snapshot build, and I've noticed lately that the AI literally just stopped equipping equipment. Even equipment with a 0 attach cost like lightning greaves, it just won't do it. This is really skewing my matches and I was hoping there was some way to fix this
