Collectible Card Game Headquarters

It took Slivers to finally power through and defeat the big bad Eldrazi for my first time. But I never did find any of the power 9 except the moxes. Specifically where are the black lotus and time walk? The mox drop out of the final boss seemed strange instead of a Lotus.
