Bug - Forge Deck Editor: no cards in Catalogue Except Sealed

While I don't know what caused the problem, installing the new snapshot build and running it fixed the issue. So, consider this one resolved.

I encountered this bug a while ago. Can't figure out the source of the problem. I'm now backing up all my decks and card images and whatnot to try to start fresh, and see if hopefully that fixes it. I have checked multiple times, there are no filters on.
