Sloth was too slow and the issue almost made me lose a Quest game. So this is fixed in the SVN now.

Basalt Gargoyle's echo worked only on the first upkeep after it's appearance on the battlefield.
Forge neither asked me to pay it each upkeep nor made me sacriface it.

This is how Echo works. Pay the echo cost on the next upkeep, or sacrifice it. After that it's yours to keep.

Guard Gomazoa is showing in the text space to the right as a 2B casting cost instead of 2U as it is shown on the card which causes it to show up in the black cards when filtered.

Executioner's Capsule has cost listed at 1B in text box on right as opposed to the B on the card. The card Fog Bank has 2B in text as opposed to 1U cost on the actual card.

Animate Dead, upon resolving, no longer brings the target creature into play.
Terramorphic Expanse is supposed to put the land into play, but instead puts the land into your hand.

This is correct. We use the latest Oracle text for cards. Check out Battle Squadron in Gatherer.

The card Battlegrace Angel and it's exalted ability of life link, while triggering upon attacking, doesn't seem to resolve into life gain when being blocked by a monster that dies during combat. This occurs when either Battlegrace Angel attacks alone or another creature attack alone while Battlegrace Angel is in play. When damaging opponent directly creatures seem to gain life fine.
