If I play a card like inspiration, how do I target myself to activate the card, I have clicked everywhere!

Try clicking on the number currently representing your or the computer's life total.

Is it possible to add the feature so that clicking on the picture of the player also selects? It seems way more intuitive.

It may be possible at some point. Some thought and discussion is taking place. The changes would probably only be made to the New GUI battlefield and not the older one. And it is hard to predict when these changes would take place.
