Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I have always used PeaZip to unzip the new downloads each time. Then I missed from April of this year to July. For the last three downloads, July and August, there hasn't been a forge.exe or forge.jar file(s) in the forge directory after unpacking. Its the windows version each time. Can anyone tell me what I can do to successfully utilize the latest download ? I am stuck playing the version that came out in March, and Deathtouch still doesn't work!!!

The .exe and .jar files are there. You may want to download WinRar, which you can use for free as long as you don't mind a dialogue box that pops up after several weeks of use.
