As far as I can tell, Dragon Broodmother's baby token is missing, even from the content downloaders.
I'm adding it locally as rg_1_1_dragon and will check if it works.
Again suboptimal since it's not a basic token, having the Devour ability.

One token that is missing because it wasn't officially printed and noone probably got to creating a custom card for it is the 1/1 black Snake with deathtouch from C13.

I'm not sure if this has been reported before, but the tokens produced by Hornet Nest use the same 1/1 Insect token art as the tokens produced by Broodhatch Nantuko, despite the former having Flying and Deathtouch.

I'll see if I can fix both of these soon.

Tokens update for Commander 2014 and Fate Reforged.
Also added an extra token for Ophiomancer that had no official token printed.

A few card script updates are included, but should be added to the next beta.

How do you actually get the cards to use the tokens of the same set? For example how do I get Beacon of Creation to use the Mirrodin Insect Tokens?

You have to edit the card script and add Tokenimage$, or change it if it's already specified.

Khans of Tarkir cards can make two different white 1/1 warrior token, one from abzan and one from Mardu,

for cards where it is possible should we set the correct Khan one?

Herald of Anafenza => Abzan one
Mardu Charm => Mardu one
Mardu Hordechief => Mardu one

When casting Hornet Queen I was getting the generic g_1_1_insect token. I added the correct token and named it g_1_1_insect_M15.

Can Hornet Nest also be updated to create this token?

I put a Hornet Nest in play and then cast a Lightning Bolt at it. The result was 3 g_1_1_insect_M15 tokens, the same one that is used for the Hornet Queen. So when you add the g_1_1_insect_M15 pic into the tokens folder, it serves both the Queen & her Nest.

Could someone add this? Changed Beacon of Creation so it uses the Mirrodin Insect tokens instead of older ones.

Name:Beacon of Creation
ManaCost:3 G
Types:Sorcery
A:SP$ Token | Cost$ 3 G | TokenAmount$ X | TokenName$ Insect | TokenTypes$ Creature,Insect | TokenOwner$ You | TokenColors$ Green | TokenPower$ 1 | TokenToughness$ 1 | TokenImage$ g 1 1 insect MRD | SubAbility$ DBShuffle | References$ X | SpellDescription$ Put a 1/1 green Insect creature token onto the battlefield for each Forest you control. Shuffle CARDNAME into its owner's library.
SVar:DBShuffle:DB$ChangeZone | Origin$ Stack | Destination$ Library | Shuffle$ True
SVar:X:Count$TypeYouCtrl.Forest
SVar:Picture:http://www.wizards.com/global/images/magic/general/beacon_of_creation.jpg
Oracle:Put a 1/1 green Insect creature token onto the battlefield for each Forest you control. Shuffle Beacon of Creation into its owner's library.

Seconding this. Right now I have the back of the card image replaced with the Morph image but it doesn't look as nice.
