LQ Set pictures download slow

It seems that in the last couple betas or thereabouts, downloading LQ set pictures has slowed to a crawl. After I copy my other pictures to the pic folder, I load up Forge and click on Download LQ Set Pictures. I have 326 of them to download. The process seems to be taking roughly an hour and a half, when it should take roughly 5-8 minutes.

Innistrad pictures aren't available yet

I know. However, in other betas when certain pictures from a set haven't been available, it hasn't slowed down the download speed. Didn't it used to just skip those pictures completely until they were available?

Something has defiantly changed recently. I just tried to download the missing set pics (last time was 2 weeks or so ago) and it grabbed the 1st 32 nice and quick but once it hit the inistrad ones that are not up yet it slowed to a crawl. Time remaining went from 8+ minutes to over 3 hours.

It did not do this when I used to grab the pics and we were waiting for M12 images to go up. Then it would just chug along at normal speed and list them all as missing in the log.

If nothing has changed in the code have there been any changes on the hosting side that could cause this? Are they slowing access to people that request too many items that don't exist within a certain amount of time?

Also for ISD it is looking for the 4th land card which I don't think exists (there is only 3 plus the flip index card).
