proliferating and poison counters?

I believe this function dose not work in forge, or if their is a way I'm not sure how to do it.

I was kind of disappointed from this.

If I understand your issue correctly, to proliferate the poison counters (and every other time you need to target the opponent) click on his life total. In future these reports/questions should be in the main Forge thread though.
