Collectible Card Game Headquarters

This is intended to be a list of errors that aren't big and not associated with a card.

Minor Bugs:
1. Trample doesn't work when there are multiple blockers

2. Sometimes the assigned combat damage isn't assigned if you click the button very quickly. (I've had this happen to be a couple of times and it is really annoying.)

3. If the computer has two planeswalkers in play, you can only attack the one that came into play first. (Planeswalkers were a late addition and it was the best I could do.)

4. "Protection from x" doesn't work yet (e.g. white shield crusader can be blocked and killed by black creatures, it can be targeted (and damaged/destroyed) by black spells)
