Is there a way to mark a card from a deck as foil version?

What do you mean, in the deck file?

well, I can create decks with the deck editor and saving the deck creates a deck file, but there is no way to mark one or all cards for this special deck as foil version, or is this possible by editing the file with a text editor? As forge has an option for random foils, there could be an option that forces a card to be foil.
I would like to know that, because there are preconstructed decks with foil cards, like duel decks with foil planeswalkers or the premium deck line, e.g. Graveborn where all cards are foil.
When I rebuild these decks with forge I would like to have them exactly like this
