Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I download the zipped rar folder but the only thing in it is a file that i cant open, please help?

the name of the file is

"forge-1.2.6.tar.bz2.tar"

What are you using to unzip it? I would recommend WinRar... just bing search it, and it'll bring up a download site for it.

i have winrar, its the file inside the folder. After i extract it its an unrecognizeable file type.

You may need to extract it twice, once from a tar.bz2 to a .tar and once from a .tar to a folder.

is there anything explaining how i do this?
