Alot of these cards are already here in some form. That is to say they could be easily made...
One mechanic that needs to be tinkered with is Sacrifice and another is Kicker and another is Buyback and yet another is Flashback. Some might be more tricky than others but I think they break down rather simply if taken 1 step at a time.

I'd love to play with some of these cards if anyone is up to the challenge. (I miss my extended decks in MTGO. darned software for not working on my machine anymore.)

Flashback (and Unearth) would require modification of some sort to the graveyard view functionality... I've been kicking that one around for a while.

Yes, I am trying to recreate my current (real cards) green deck. It rocks!
Hammer the Myco while Vigor is in play and attack with the Myco. Starts to get ugly REAL fast.
If opponent blocks, Mycoloth gets extra +1/+1 counters thanks to Vigor which means more tokens for you next turn.
If opponent does not block, he gets 7 damage at the very least. Either way, you gain life.
I love win-win situations!

If you bring Thelonite Hermit you gotta bring Deranged Hermit and while you are at it, Opposition and Vesuvan Shapeshifter.
