AI Explored (i.e. Ixalan mechanic), revealing to me he has a Savage Stomp... but then proceeded not to use it for the rest of the game. He had a dinosaur, too, so it would have only cost him 1 mana.

AI cast a Dry Spell. It used the blue ability of it's Phantasmal Fiend, killing it.

AI cast 2 copies of Bladewing the Risen; game got stuck in an infinite loop as he continually resurrected one after it died.

AI prioritises using Planar Portal over casting spells; this one has just used it 4 turns in a row without ever having had any mana left to cast spells.

Drafting Battle for Zendikar today, and the AI is struggling:
- AI tapped a Eldrazi Scion with a Skyline Cascade, even though I had a Territorial Baloth and a Scion Summoner in play
- AI kept casting and activating a Dimensional Infiltrator
- AI attacked with a creature enchanted with Visions of Brutality and killed itself

AI doesn't know that Beacon Hawk can untap itself

AI tapped Flamestick Courier to pump itself... it might have made sense if it was a blocker, but it was on a turn when the AI didn't attack. The AI had a second goblin in play, too.

AI just cast Dark Ritual, and then progressed to the next phase, losing the mana.

The creature card Fleet Swallower is used wrong by the AI. In most cases, this card should be used for milling, for causing the opponent to lose by having an empty library. But the AI always uses it to fill up its own graveyard even if it has no graveyard effects, Delirium effects, Threshold effects etc. And the AI will keep doing it until it loses the game from being decked out.
I think the simplest way to change the AI would be to make it always target an opponent and never target itself.

AI didn't realize Goblin Warchief gives itself haste. Which is fair, I guess, since it's not written on the card, but, why did the AI progress to post-combat if it wasn't going to do anything at all on it's turn before that?

AI, in draft mode, is playing with Fetchlands which fetch types of basic land it is not playing with in the deck.
