The AI tends to target non-creature permanents with Mythos of Nethroi without using green and white mana, thereby wasting the spell.
Even when tapping the right dual lands, the AI usually doesn't tap them for BGW.
The AI sometimes exiles its whole library with Tainted Pact, thereby killing itself on the next draw step.
Of course best case scenario would be to check the battlefield for Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Laboratory Maniac or for the ability of Thassa's Oracle on the stack and only then to exile the whole library.
Easier option to implement would be to go safe and just always use it as a cantrip.

The AI never uses Vivien, Monsters' Advocate +1 ability to create a token and just lets her rest at her 3 loyalty points.

The AI needs to know when not to play a Coat of Arms. Specifically, when I have half a dozen kobolds and it has only one creature of any kind out.

The AI often misplays when using instant speed removal against cards with dual text ETB exile effects, such as Detention Sphere & Spell Queller. Rather than waiting for the ETB trigger to resolve BEFORE casting removal, the AI often casts removal with the ETB trigger on the stack. This causes the LTB to trigger to resolve first, which results in the AI losing it's exiled card permanently.
I'm not sure how the AI of Forge works, but it strikes me that timing decisions like this should involve evaluation of the board state following various choices of timing, and pick the one with the most favorable final board state.

The AI does not ever activate the ability on my Knight of the Holy Nimbus even when it should.

The AI will unmorph Echo Tracer when it's the only creature on the battlefield

When playing Aether Vial, the AI always ticks up the counters, regardless of the CMC of cards in the deck.

The AI will activate Nesting Grounds regardless if there are any counters to move. If you remove one of the creatures in response to the ability, the game freezes.

Ai makes strange decisions with Sanctuary Blade. I'm playing a Mono-white deck in commander, the AI has a mono-blue deck. It gave the creature protection from Green.

The AI does not understand how to make choices with Remorseless Punishment that don't leave it dead on board; it seems to avoid sacrificing creatures at all costs.

The AI does not understand how to play around Manabarbs, and will gladly kill itself by tapping too many lands.

Flaxen Intruder

Early game. One round, the AI plays Lingering Mirage, turning one of my Swamps into an Island. OK, doesn't hurt.
Next round, the AI attacks with its only creature, a Flaxen Intruder, and does one damage to me. Next it sacrificies it and uses the corresponding ability to destroy the Lingering Mirage
Maybe there's some hidden agenda? See screenshot.
After a few additional rounds, another Flaxen Intruder attacked me, did one damage and was sacrificed without even any enchantment around to destroy. Seems the AI is not aware that sacrificing is only an option.
